We offer exchange of any item if it is returned in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. If the product shows any visible wear or damage, products will not be exchanged unless we deem the product is defective.
Buyer is required to return goods in unused condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. In order to better expedite your request, please include the following:
- Your invoice, or a copy of your invoice
- Reason for exchange.
You as the purchasing party, will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred for purposes of exchange. We highly encourage our customers to contact us before ordering if they have a sizing related question.
If the product is defective, please contact us so we may cover the shipping costs. We will only pay the shipping charges for defective merchandise. We will either replace or refund defective products.
We operate from two locations so please address all returns to the address shown on your invoice. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will advise the correct address.
