Snug Sheets

When I first saw these snug sheets I'll be honest, I didn't see the point in them, and thought they were a pricey gimmick.  But that was before my baby became really mobile.  Within days she went from being this baby that didn't move around much when I settled her, to a wriggly little creature.  It was when she got her leg stuck through the bars of the cot that I decided that I'd get one of these for myself.  It's been one of the best investments I've ever made.  Not only is my baby safe, but she sleeps better than ever.

You can bypass the cot stage completely, saving you the cost of purchasing the cot plus all the associated bedding and sleeping bags.    Then if you're anything like me, you have both a cot and the single bed in the same room.  Without a cot, you get to recover some space in your room.  All in all, this is a great product to own and my only regret is I didn't know about it sooner.

Both you and baby will sleep well when your child is warm, cosy and safe from falling out of bed in a SNUG SHEET.

Imagine...

  • blankets can not be kicked off... a layer is always around baby with no drafts down their back.
  • baby can not climb out of bed and feels comfortable and secure.
  • go on holiday without cots and mattresses... all you need is your SNUG SHEET (to fit most single mattresses - 200 x 90 x 25cm.)
  • your baby is sleeping in a single bed so the progression for toddlers from the cot to a bed is eased
  • eliminates the costly purchase of cots, mattresses, bedding
  • design enables you to dress baby to suit temperature and season

Like a fitted sheet wraps around a mattress - SNUG SHEET is as simple to fit and replaces the two normal sheets on a bed.  When baby is very small (3-5mths) they can't roll over onto their tummy (as recommended by SIDS Assoc.) so it makes a very safe and secure sleeping environment.  As baby gets bigger and has more upper body strength they can sit up, turn from side to side and will then be able to roll onto their tummy and find their natural sleeping position.

Luxurious towelling fabric - 80% cotton, 20% polyester: Reinforced stitching and seams.
Available in Pretty Pink or Baby Blue - one size, designed for approximately 3 - 30 mths.

Encouraging Healthy Sleeping

SNUG SHEET encourages baby to sleep on their side or back to reduce the risk of head deformities and suffocation.

Because the SNUG SHEET top is fitted like a waistcoat it is difficult for a child to slide down under it or their covering blankets.

So easy to use...
  • Fit your SNUG SHEET to a single mattress like a fitted sheet, ensuring it fits entirely under each corner.
  • Take the centre fastening strap and tie tightly around the mattress.
  • Add blankets to suit the season.

Care Instructions:

  • Wash in warm or cold water only.
  • Avoid drying in a clothes dryer as the longevity of the elastic will be lessened.
  • When removing your SNUG SHEET to wash, re-tie this strap after removing from the bed so the ends do not retract during washing.

Safety Recommendations:

  • Never alter your SNUG SHEET.
  • Recommended for use on a single mattress but can be used on a cot mattress (for children up to 12 months old) - just tuck under the excess and secure the centre fastening strap firmly.
  • Allow a little room and movement between baby’s neck and fabric.
  • We do not recommend the use of electric blankets with this product.
  • Ensure that centre fastening strap is secured.
Never leave the house when a child is in bed.
